So, you’re skeptical about this new “online personal training” idea. Well, I have to admit that even as a trainer I was also to begin with. But I’m here to tell you that the benefits of working with me online vastly outweigh the disadvantages.
With upsides like the cost-effectiveness and real, trackable results, there’s no reason why you shouldn’t get involved! Here are a few more advantages, listed in detail, on why all those busy people who say they don’t have time to go to the gym, should stop whining and complaining and get themselves involved with one of my online packages.

Workout on your own schedule - Since the workout sessions aren’t done in person, you can choose to workout anytime you like. We’re all busy. You don’t always want to have to coordinate schedules with someone who trains in a gym across town, or rush to and from work to get to the gym.

Most people only travel around a maximum of ten miles to get to their fitness trainer, coach or gym. This online coaching makes me accessible regardless of your location. Skeptics often think that the one downfall to online training is the safety factor. To be truthful, online training is probably slightly better suited for people who are a bit more advanced in their fitness ability, and just need an extra push and some guidance from me but prefer to do their own training on their own time. But training online with me means that I can provide custom exercise videos and clear instructions on how to do a specific exercise and if all else fails, you can always message me with your questions if you’re at all unsure how to do it.
